BE THE BEST GOVERNANCE PROFESSIONAL YOU CAN BE!
The Governance Professional’s EQ Toolkit is a six-week masterclass with a lively, interactive forum to develop your emotional quotient, with practical application to your role as a governance professional. Using a combination of individual and group coaching, this masterclass will provide insight, inspiration and a level of personal development that may astound you.
If you wish to achieve influence, trust and impact as a governance professional, this course is for you. There is nothing like it – these skills are not taught in the classroom. This course can guide you in creating the vast range of skills you need when dealing with challenging boards, demanding management, and everything in between, and may help avoid costly on the job ‘learning’ from career ending failures.
The course follows the Bar-on EQ-i model of emotional intelligence. Each week the course will cover one of the five composite scales (self-perception, self-expression, interpersonal, decision making, stress management) together with the three related subscales in each composite scale, and how they apply to your role. The final week six will consider general well-being and happiness, and strategies that can help you become more satisfied and content in your work and life.
The masterclass is in three parts:
The pilot masterclass attendance will be limited to ten individuals to ensure optimum involvement and benefit for attendees. The next cohort will run from Wednesday July 27 -Wednesday August 31 inclusive at 9AM EST for 2 hours every Wednesday.
