EQ-i Assessment

Paul is a certified Multi-Health Systems (MHS) EQ-i assessor who can help managers and leaders to position themselves as trusted advisors.  An EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment provides clear metrics around a person’s emotional intelligence and leadership blind spots. It can be particularly beneficial for new directors or managers, whereby building relationships, resolving conflict and making good decisions are critical. The EQ-i 2.0 assessment is administered online, using a secure site. It consists of 133 questions and usually takes around 15-20 minutes to complete. The results are confidential to you and your assessor. 

The assessment report is the most recognized and validated EQ assessment tool on the market for assessing a leader’s areas for development as it gives feedback on five EQ composite areas: Perception, Self-Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making and Stress Management. These are broken down further into 15 EQ competencies that are assessed to gain a detailed interpretation of how effectively you are using them and what could be impeding you from achieving maximum performance.  You will receive a comprehensive 20-page report that describes how your EQ competencies work together and can be brought into greater balance by identifying key development areas.
